In recent news, just days after attending the premiere of Nine in New York, Kate Hudson was back in California in time to put her holiday groove on Friday night when she played host to a star-studded bash at her Pacific Palisades home. Hudson, minus ex-boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, made sure her guests had a good time, reports People.com. She is known for her annual Halloween bash, but moved the party to December. Among the celebs present: Kate Beckinsale, Liv Tyler, Tobey Maguire and Hudson’s parents, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell.
